Once again I'm having focusing problems. Today I tried to get a picture of myself taking a picture to use as my icon for my
Photo-A-Day link from my rypics page. I didn't want to get the standard straight on in the mirror of shot of myself taking a
picture, I wanted to get one from the sides. So I arranged my mirrors so that the reflections off of each other would hit me
from the side. The problem was by that point I was so 'far away' that I had to use my telephoto. Normally I would want to use
a tripod to avoid camera shake, and not touch the camera after triggering the shot, but the point was to get me actually taking
the picture, so I had to keep my hand on the camera and thus cause camera shake even though I was using my tripod.
Maybe I just need a better tripod. Anyway, that was a long explanation. The picture looks better as a button.
