Another HDR and a little explanation.  My mom told me that the HDR pictures looked pretty much the same as regular pictures to
her, so I thought I'd provide some examples.  HDR combines images taken at different exposure settings to make a composite
where everything in the picture is properly exposed.  The main picture was formed using 5 different exposure compensation
settings ranging from -2 to +2, three of which are below. On the left, we have an exposure compensation -2.  This is vastly
underexposed (hence most of it is black) to get the area outside of the tunnel properly exposed.  On the right we have an exposure
compensation of +2, so that the inside of the tunnel is properly exposed, but the outside is over exposed, hence most of it is white.
By combining the images we can get both the inside of the tunnel and the area outside of it properly exposed.  It's just a kind of
cool effect, I think, because one doesn't expect that in photographs.

So there you have it.

As for the bottom picture, it's Chester's 13 month birthday today, and well, looks like it's going to be an unlucky month with the way
he's monkeying all over everything.  Boy is definitely a climber.  (He's trying to pull himself on top of the mantel, crazy kid!).
